Location. The Belleview Biltmore Resort & Spa in Clearwater, Fla., is perched atop a 30 foot bluff over western Florida's Intracoastal Waterway. Sand Key Park and Clearwater Beach are both within five miles of the property. The hotel is 10 miles from St. Petersburg Clearwater International Airport and 20 miles from Tampa International Airport.
Hotel Features. Built in 1897, this model of Victorian architecture is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Palm trees, live oaks with Spanish moss and a sweeping driveway beckon guests into a lobby showcasing picture windows and views of the landscaped grounds. The Cabana Club Restaurant, located on the resort's private beach, serves fresh seafood and shellfish on the deck or indoors. Guestrooms. The Belleview Biltmore Resort & Spa's 244 guestrooms are uniquely configured. Some feature water views, include small refrigerators or decorative fireplaces. First floor rooms offer 14 foot ceilings. All accommodations have period mahogany furnishings and triple sheeting.
