The Residence Cannes Francia consists of large Italian style houses in the heart of a Mediterranean style park, with a beautiful panoramic view over the Bay of Cannes, the Lerins islands and the red rocks of the Esterel mountains. On site, guests will enjoy a private swimming pool overlooking the sea, a bar and restaurant opening onto the swimming pool terrace, two tennis courts, and seasonal children's clubs (fees apply). Other amenities for guests' convenience include coin operated laundry, dry cleaning service, a mini market, shuttle bus service, and fax and photocopy services. Pets are allowed for a fee of 7 Euros per pet, per night or 46 Euros per pet, per week and presentation of a rabies vaccination certificate. Each comfortable unit features a kitchenette equipped with four hot plates, refrigerator, mini oven, dishwasher, and electric coffeemaker. Other amenities featured in all units include a balcony or terrace with garden furniture, a living room with two single sofa beds, and telephone and television for a fee. Some units offer views of the sea. |

Nice hotel, but very touristy

The resort is pretty nice, with a pretty good beach. The rooms were nice and the staff was friendly. The biggest problem, in my opinion, with the hotel is that it was right in the heart of Honolulu along Waikiki beach. It was a tourist trap...very busy and expensive. I'd suggest another island (Maui and the Big Island are both much quieter and more relaxing).
